What comes out, what goes in
On Grand Avenue, in Abilene's Historic Sayles area, we put in a new roof, windows, a furnace and an electrical upgrade. High Meadows got a new roof, an electrical upgrade, windows and sod.
Inside, you'll find custom cabinets, quartz countertops, designer tile, new stainless steel appliances and lighting we picked house by house. Walls often come down so the living space opens up.
Charm we kept on purpose
Grand Avenue kept its original wood floors, finished with a modern play on the materials around them. Green Acres kept a solid wood front door, saved while three additions came down around it.
That's how we think about every house we buy. Update what a family needs today, and leave the character that made us fall for it.
How do you ask about the next one?
Submit your information and we'll follow up. Call Jon and Niki at (325) 261-3855 or write to nikigrant89@gmail.com, and tell us what you're hoping to find in Abilene.
Green Meadows is coming soon: a creek side lot at the end of a cul de sac, with large windows for natural light, shiplap in the living room area, and a back patio with a pergola and a built in brick fire pit.
