We've spent our time on old Abilene homes, so a note about a closed-in layout or a tired kitchen is the kind we read with real interest.
Here is how we decide things on houses we own. At Elmwood it was custom cabinets, quartz countertops, designer tile selections and chic lighting. At Grand Avenue we preserved original features like the beautiful wood floors, with a modern play on the finish out materials.
The Mid-Century Farmhouse got shiplap accent walls in the bathrooms, and Weavers got a wood plank accent wall beside a kitchen with quartz countertops. Accents like these add character while the charm stays.
Not every house wants the same thing, which is why we'd rather hear your situation than hand you a list.
So you know where we stand: does JGN renovate homes other than the ones we purchase? Not at this point. We are focusing on the renovation of our flip and rental properties.
